Le marché est passé en groupement de commande dont le coordonnateur est la Métropole Nice Côte d'Azur qui attribue signe et notifie. Les membres du groupement sont les suivants MNCA,SAINT MARTIN DU VAR et LA ROQUETTE SUR VAR Répartition financière HT sur 4 ans:MNCA:montants minimum:595 000€-montant maximum:14 290 000€/ST MARTIN DU VAR:montants minimum:SANS-montant maximum:185 000€/ROQUETTE SUR VAR:montants minimum:SANS-montant maximum:125 000€ Durée (hors reconduction) : 48 mois Début du marché : Au premier bon de commande. A défaut d'émission de bon de commande au terme des six premiers mois suivant la notification du marché, l'exécution du marché commencera six mois après sa notification. Le délai d'exécution de chaque prestation est indiqué dans le bon de commande ou le cas échéant dans le C.C.T.P.
