Die Stadtwerke Bad Kissingen GmbH - ein kommunales Verkehrsunternehmen im 100%-igen Anteilsbesitz der Stadt Bad Kissingen - ist durch den Aufgabenträger (Stadt Bad Kissingen) im Wege eines öffentlichen Dienstleistungsauftrags über Personenverkehrsdienste (kurz: öDA) unter Einhaltung der VO 1370/2007 sowie der Vorgaben des allgemeinen Vergaberechts mit der Erbringung von ÖPNV-Leistungen betraut werden. Die entsprechende Vorabbekanntmachung wurde am 27. Dezember 2022 (Az. 2022/S 249-727104) an das Supplement zum Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union zur Veröffentlichung versandt. Die Stadtwerke Bad Kissingen GmbH beabsichtigt für diese betrauungsgegenständlichen Verkehrsleistungen einen Subunternehmer einzusetzen. Weitere Einzelheiten sind den Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen.
