Tjänsten avser dörr till dörr-transporter, av varierande godsslag, till den största delen av medicinsk karaktär. Regionen avser teckna ramavtal för: 1 Budtransporter med en leverantör 2 Specialtransporter, samtliga kvalificerade med avrop enligt särskild fördelningsnyckel 3 Akuta och direkta transporter med en leverantör per geografiskt område.
