    El objeto del contrato es la prestación del servicio de transporte escolar de la Ruta 3 (Aiguamúrcia, Urb. els Manantials, Santes Creus, Urb. Mas d’en Parés, les Pobles, Escola Les Moreres) en la modalidad de servicio discrecional consolidado con reiteración de itinerario, de acuerdo con el articulo 2.1.a) y 4 del Decreto 161/1996, de 14 de mayo, por el cual se regula el servicio de transporte escolar para facilitar el desplazamiento del alumnado durante la educación obligatoria.
