Service

L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le Département organise, en application des compétences qui lui sont conférées par le Code des Transports, le transport public routier non urbain de personnes handicapées sur son territoire de compétence. La définition des services, ainsi que leur mode opératoire sont décrits au C.C.T.P. La totalité des services confiés au Titulaire sera exécutée dans le strict respect du présent C.C.A.P., du C.C.T.P. et de leurs annexes
