Le titulaire du marché sera notamment chargé d'exploiter les services de transports suivants : - 3 lignes régulières interurbaines - 3 navettes urbaines sur les communes d'Hazebrouck, Bailleul et Nieppe - 2 lignes de transport à la demande Il devra également : - Déployer un système d'information voyageurs - Fournir, maintenir et mettre à jour un site internet et une application smartphone pour répondre aux obligations d'accessibilité des services et d'information en temps réel - Concevoir, imprimer et diffuser des documents papiers permettant d'assurer l'information des usagers
