La présente procédure concerne l'exécution de l'exploitation des lignes régulières et du transport occasionnel du réseau Transp'Or & Mobilités de l'Agglomération du Pays de l'Or. Il s'agit d'une relance de procédure suite à une décision de déclaration sans suite pour motifs d'ordre économique de la procédure de passation du marché M2024-003 TRT. Il s'agit d'un marché alloti, composé de 3 lots : - Lot 1 : Lignes 1 et 4 - Lot 2 : Lignes 2, 3 et 5 - Lot 3 : Transport occasionnel scolaire, périscolaire, extrascolaire et structures associatives du territoire. Il s'agit d'un marché ordinaire. Les prestations seront réglées par ordres de service et rémunérées sur la base des prix unitaires mentionnés aux BPU appliqués aux quantités réellement exécutées. Marché d'une durée de 6 ans dont l'exploitation des lignes est prévue au 1er octobre 2024, renouvelable une fois pour une période supplémentaire de 2 ans
