Montluçon Communauté, autorité organisatrice de la mobilité, souhaite conclure un contrat de service public pour confier à un opérateur économique l'exécution du service public de transport urbain de voyageurs, de transport à la demande, de transport PMR, de transport scolaire et de location de VAE sur son ressort territorial. En 2024, le service public de mobilité MAELIS est composé de 7 lignes régulières, de 12 lignes scolaires, de 4 zones de transport à la demande, et de 1 ligne fonctionnant le dimanche et les jours fériés. Il est exploité par 44,8 ETP à l'aide de 19 véhicules de transport en commun. 1.140.000 kilomètres ont été produits et 1.060.000 voyageurs ont été transportés. De plus, 100 vélos sont proposés à la location. Les charges d'exploitation se sont montées à 4.973.000 euro(s) HT et les recettes à 653.000 euro(s) HT
