Le service public pour l'exploitation du service public de transport de personnes de Vichy Communauté est susceptible d'être conclu sous la forme d'un contrat de concession si le Conseil Communautaire l'approuve. A ce jour, le réseau est exploité dans le cadre d'une concession de service public d'un montant de 23 750 000 euros (montant SFE initiale non indexée) sur 7 ans et 11 mois à compter du 1er septembre 2018. Le terme du contrat actuel est fixé au 31 juillet 2026. Les services se composent actuellement de 8 lignés régulières, de services à la demande et de services vélo déployés sur 6 communes en coeur d'agglomération et portent 812 000 km commerciaux par an
