Es sollen Leistungen zur Durchführung von Zugfahrten für Forschungszwecke beauftragt werden. Die Leistung umfasst die Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Fahrten. Die Leistung umfasst darüber hinaus die Beratung des Auftraggebers, die Zurverfügungstellung von geeigneten Fahrzeugen und Personal. Die Fahrten finden je nach Erfordernis im gesamten Bundesgebiet statt, mit einem besonderen Schwerpunkt in der Region des ODT. Der Auftrag ist als Rahmenvertrag mit flexiblem Abruf von Leistungen durch den AG gestaltet.
