Operation of commuter train services and maintenance of trains in the Helsinki region, service volume at least 9 million and at most 15 million train-km per annum, 81 - 125 EMU trains. Contract model will be gross cost compensation with performance incentives. Rolling stock and facilities will be provided by the authority. This contract may be tendered concurrently or jointly with the national passenger train services procured by Traficom. Market dialogue with potential bidders will be conducted jointly with Traficom during 2026.
