Oulun kaupunki pyytää tarjouksia Oulun seudunliikenteen linjojen liikennöinnistä. Tarjouskilpailu koskee joukkoliikenteen linjojen liikennöintiä hankintailmoituksen ja tarjouskilpailuasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Tässä tarjouskilpailussa pyydetään tarjouksia liikennöintikohteista 5 ja 9 kohdekohtaisesti määritettyinä sopimusaikoina, tarjouskilpailuasiakirjoissa määritellyllä tavalla. Kohteiden liikennöintiä hoitamaan tullaan valitsemaan yksi tarjoaja tai tarjousyhteenliittymä/kohde. Liikenne on hoidettava kokonaan puhtailla ja energiatehokkailla ajoneuvoilla (sähkö, biokaasu tai uusiutuva diesel (HVO). Liikennöintisopimuksen sisältö on määritelty liitteenä olevassa asiakirjassa ”Liikennöintisopimusluonnos” .
