    Die Bundeswehr beabsichtigt, 40 EA Flachwageneinheiten Typ L/S (Flachwagen in Sonderbauart mit Einzelradsätzen, stark abgesenkt, mit Radvorlegern) für Fahrzeuge in einer Ladeebene dauerhaft anzumieten. Die Flachwageneinheiten in Sonderbauart sollen zum Transport von Radfahrzeugen und Kettenfahrzeugen (Gummiketten), z.T. lademaßüberschreitend, eingesetzt werden. Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt darüber hinaus, bei zusätzlichem Bedarf weitere Flachwageneinheiten des gleichen Typs anzumieten, sofern der Auftragnehmer über entsprechende Kapazitäten verfügt (Einzelreisenvereinbarung). Die Anmietung durch den Auftraggeber soll für den Zeitraum vom 01.01.2026 bis 31.12.2028 (Laufzeit: 3 Jahre zzgl. 3 Verlängerungsoptionen zu je einem Jahr) erfolgen.
