La présente consultation a pour objet d'attribuer à un opérateur économique l'exploitation du réseau de transport public de voyageurs de la CC2T dénommé " Colibri ". Cela comprend l'exploitation des lignes régulières, du transport sur réservation, des lignes scolaires y compris transport méridien et des transports à destination des piscines. Le marché comporte deux tranches optionnelles portant sur la navette de centre-ville de Toul et une tranche optionnelle portant sur un véhicule léger supplémentaire pour le transport sur réservation
