Na podstawie art. 23 ust. 1 pkt 1 Ustawy z dnia 16 grudnia 2010 r. o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym (t.j. Dz. U. z 2025 r., poz. 285 ze zm.) Gmina Kurzętnik ogłasza zamiar bezpośredniego zawarcia umowy o świadczenie usług w zakresie publicznego transportu zbiorowego w trybie o którym mowa w art. 22 ust.1 pkt.1 w związku z art.19 ust.1 pkt.3 Ustawy z dnia 16 grudnia 2010 r. o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym (Dz.U. z 2025 r. poz. 285 ze zm.).
