Na podstawie art. 19 ust. 1 pkt 3 ustawy z dnia 16 grudnia 2010 r. o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym (t.j. Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 285 z późn. zm.) organizator dokona wyboru operatora poprzez bezpośrednie zawarcie umowy o świadczenie usług w zakresie gminnych przewozów pasażerskich w transporcie drogowym, zgodnie z art. 22 ust. 1 pkt 1 wskazanej powyżej ustawy. Rodzaj transportu – publiczny transport zbiorowy autobusowy. Linia komunikacyjna – przewóz osób w gminnych przewozach pasażerskich na trasie Zalesie – Gostynin – Kruk.
