Na podstawie art. 23 ust. 1 pkt 1 ustawy z dnia 16 grudnia 2010 r. o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym (Dz. U. 2025 r. poz. 285 z późn. zm.) Wójt Gminy Golub-Dobrzyń ogłasza zamiar przeprowadzenia postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia na świadczenie usług w zakresie publicznego transportu zbiorowego w trybie, o którym mowa w art. 19 ust. 1 pkt 1 ustawy z dnia 16 grudnia 2010 r. o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym w związku z art. 214 ust.1 pkt 13 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1320 z późn. zm.). Wykonywanie publicznego transportu zbiorowego w przewozach drogowych na następujących liniach komunikacyjnych: 1) SOKOŁOWO – BABIAK – WĘGIERSK – SOKOŁOWO 2) BIAŁKOWO – LISEWO SZKOŁA – BIAŁKOWO 3) SOKOŁOWO – WROCKI – SOKOŁOWO 4) PODZAMEK GOLUBSKI – OSTROWITE – PODZAMEK GOLUBSKI 5) SOKOŁOWO – WROCKI – PUSTA DĄBRÓWKA – SOKOŁOWO 6) BIAŁKOWO – GAŁCZEWO – SOKOŁOWO 7) SOKOŁOWO – KARCZEWO – WROCKI – SOKOŁOWO
