The Contracting Authority for this procurement is the Hospital Pharmacies (Sykehusapotekene HF), which implements the procurement on behalf of the four regional health authorities; Helse Sør-Øst RHF, Helse Vest RHF, Helse Midt-Norway RHF and Helse Nord RHF.
