Das Verfahren betrifft die losweise Vergabe der individuellen Schülerbeförderung im sog. "freigestellten Schülerverkehr" im gesamten Kreisgebiet. Die Vertragslaufzeit erstreckt sich auf die kommenden beiden Schuljahre 2025/2026 und 2026/2027.
