    Le marché est un accord-cadre à bon de commande passé selon un appel d'offre ouvert en application des articles L.2124-1, L.2124-2 et R.2124-2 et des articles R.2162-1 à R.2162-6 et R.2162-13 à R.2162-14 du code Code de la commande publique. Le présent marché est lancé à la suite de la déclaration d'infructuosité d'une précédente consultation. L'accord-cadre est conclu avec un minimum et un maximum en quantité ou valeur en application de l'article R.2162-4, 1e, du Code de la commande publique. Les montants sont les suivants : - Minimum sur la durée totale de l'accord-cadre (soit 1 an et 11 mois) : 570 000 Euros HT - Maximum sur la durée totale de l'accord-cadre (soit 1 an et 11 mois) : 1 220 000 Euros HT. Il n'est pas prévu de décomposition en lots. Le marché a pour objet : - Assurer un service de navette à l'année pour la desserte des quartiers, dans les conditions d'exécution minimales renseignées au CCTP. - Assurer un service de navette de manière périodique, en renfort sur la période estivale.
