Il s'agit d'un accord cadre à bons de commande d'une durée de 4 ans à compter du 1er janvier 2025 avec un montant minimum (150 000 euros HT) et un montant maximum (500 000 euros HT) conclu avec un opérateur économique. Les tarifs appliqués par le titulaire seront uniformes quel que soit le public transporté (adultes ou enfants) par tranche de kilomètre parcouru. En sus de ces prix unitaires au km parcouru, des suppléments de prix forfaitaires seront appliqués s'il est demandé que le bus soit immobilisé à la journée ou à la demi-journée.
