Service
Dans l'exercice de ses compétences, le Département demeure l'autorité compétente pour le transport des élèves et étudiants en situation de handicap vers les établissements scolaires, comme le précise l'article L. 3111-1 du code des transports. Dans ce cadre, le Département de la Manche assure l'organisation et le fonctionnement du service sur son territoire. Ainsi, intervient dans la prise en charge du transport scolaire individuel des élèves et étudiants (TSI) ainsi que pour les élèves scolarisés en unité localisée pour l'inclusion scolaire (ULIS) à destination de 162 établissements scolaires. Pour cela, le Département de la Manche envisage d'engager un avis d'appel à la concurrence dans la cadre d'une procédure d'appel d'offre ouvert : - Calendrier : La mise à disposition des documents de la consultation est prévue courant février 2025, pour un début d'exécution à la rentrée de Septembre 2025. - Durée du marché : un an renouvelable trois fois - Montant estimatif de la prestation de services : 3,5 millions sur un an
