Le présent avis concerne un accord-cadre destiné à constituer deux pools de transporteurs privés pour respectivement deux missions ou lots dans le cadre des services réguliers spécialisés de transport scolaire visés par le Décret du 1er avril 2004 relatif au transport et aux plans de déplacements scolaires. L’accord-cadre est divisé en lots : • Lot n°1 : Circuits nécessitant un car • Lot n°2 : Circuits nécessitant un LVC (service de transport à finalité spécialisée) Le présent contrat cadre est un accord-cadre d’une durée de 1 an prolongeable 7 fois 1 an.
