Prestare de servicii de transport pacienti hemodializati , conform cerintelor din Caietul de sarcini. Cuantumul garantiei de participare este de 1% din valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent, conform Hotararii nr.419/2018 . Garantia de participare se poate constitui prin Virament bancar in contul Spitalului Judetean de Urgenta Pitesti deschis la Trezoreria Pitesti, cont IBAN RO 40 TREZ 0465006 XXX 009193. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatii suplimentare in a 12 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 20 zile.
