Service

El objeto de la presente contratación es la prestación del servicio de transporte escolar obligatorio y no obligatorio de las rutas 6, 65, 28 bis y 28 gestionado por el Consell Comarcal. De acuerdo con el Decreto 161/1996, de 14 de mayo, por el que se regula el servicio de transporte escolar para facilitar el desplazamiento del alumnado en la educación obligatoria, - se considera transporte escolar obligatorio, el servicio dirigido al alumnado que debe desplazarse fuera de su municipio de residencia en un centro público ordinario o de educación especial, propuesto por el Departamento de Educación, y - se considera transporte escolar no obligatorio, el servicio dirigido al alumnado que debe desplazarse a centros docentes del mismo municipio pero distantes de su lugar de residencia. La gestión del servicio de transporte incluye el transporte escolar durante todos los días lectivos del calendario escolar según la Orden anual que publica el Departamento de Educación la Generalitat de Catalunya, salvo causa de fuerza mayor, del número de alumnos propuestos al contratista por el Consell Comarcal.
