Zamiar przeprowadzenia postępowania Gmina Fabianki ogłasza na podstawie art. 23 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 16.12.2010 r. o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym (Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 285 z późn. zm.). Umowa o świadczenie usług w zakresie publicznego transportu zbiorowego zawarta zostanie w trybie z wolnej ręki, o którym mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt. 13 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1320 z późn. zm.) w związku z art. 19 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 16 grudnia 2010 r. o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym (Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 285 z późn. zm.).
