Na podstawie art. 23 ust. 1 pkt. 1 Ustawy z dnia 16 grudnia 2010 r. o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym (t.j. Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 285 ze zm.), Burmistrz Miasta Jedliny Zdrój ogłasza zamiar przeprowadzenia postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia w trybie, o którym mowa w art. 19 ust. 1 pkt 1 Ustawy z dnia 16 grudnia 2010 r. o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym lub bezpośredniego zawarcia umowy, o którym mowa w art. 22 ust. 1 pkt. 1–3 Ustawy z dnia 16 grudnia 2010 r. o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym. Na podstawie art. 23 ust. 5 i 6 Ustawy z dnia 16 grudnia 2010 r. o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym zastrzega się możliwość zmiany powyższych informacji zawartych w niniejszym ogłoszeniu.
