Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa transportu medycznego pacjentów Samodzielnego Publicznego Szpitalu Klinicznego im. Andrzeja Mielęckiego ŚUM w Katowicach przy ul. Francuskiej 20-24, samochodami, posiadającymi uprawnienia do uczestnictwa w ruchu drogowym jako pojazdy uprzywilejowane. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, opis wymagań zamawiającego w zakresie realizacji został określony w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia - załącznik nr 1a i 1b do SWZ oraz w projektowanych postanowienia umowy – załączniki nr 2a i 2b do SWZ.
