Na podstawie art. 22 ust. 1 pkt 1 w związku z art. 19 ust. 1 pkt 3 ustawy z dnia 16 grudnia 2010 r. o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym (Dz. U. z 2023 r. poz. 2778) organizator dokona wyboru operatora poprzez bezpośrednie zawarcie umowy o świadczenie usług w zakresie publicznego transportu zbiorowego. Rodzaj transportu oraz linii komunikacyjnych, na których będą wykonywane przewozy: transport drogowy w zakresie przewozów autobusowych w publicznym transporcie zbiorowym na sieci komunikacyjnej obejmującej obszar Gminy Wizna oraz gmin sąsiednich, które z Gminą Wizna zawrą porozumienia międzygminne.
