Gegenstand dieser Vergabe sind Verkehrsdienstleistungen im SPNV im Zuständigkeitsbereich des SPNV-Aufgabenträgers auf der Basis eines Bruttoverkehrsvertrages für die ‚RB 21 & RB 28‘ ab dem internationalen Fahrplanwechsel im Dezember 2025. Der Verkehrsvertrag hat eine Laufzeit von einem Jahr, beginnend am 14.12.2025 und endend am 12.12.2026. Die ‚RB 21 & RB 28‘ setzt sich aus folgenden Linien samt deren Streckenverlauf zusammen: RB 21 Nord: Düren – Jülich – Linnich, RB 21 Süd: Düren – Untermaubach – Heimbach (Eifel) und RB 28: Düren – Zülpich – Euskirchen. Das Leistungsvolumen beträgt ca. 1,3 Mio. Zkm pro Normjahr.
