    Die Leistung umfasst die Busverkehrsleistung der RegioBus-Linie R13/X13 auf den Gebieten des Regionalverbandes Saarbrücken und des Landkreises Saarlouis. Die RegioBus-Linie R13 verbindet das Bisttal mit dem Mittelzentrum Völklingen. Dort besteht eine Umsteigeverbindung zur Saarschiene. Darüber hinaus schließen Expressbusse (X13) das Bisttal direkt über die Autobahn 620 an die Landeshauptstadt Saarbrücken an.
