Der Landkreis Landshut beabsichtigt als Aufgabenträger und zuständige Behörde im Sinne des Art. 8 Abs. 1 und 2 BayÖPNVG i. V. m. § 8a PBefG und Art 2 lit. c) der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1370/2007 für die Durchführung öffentlicher Personenverkehrsdienste im nordöstlichen Teil des Landkreises Landshut auf der Streckenrelation zwischen der Stadt Landshut und Unterköllnbach die Direktvergabe eines öffentlichen Dienstleistungsauftrages (öDA) gemäß Art. 5 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1370/2007 i. V. m. §§ 8a, 8b PBefG für die Zubestellung auf dem Busliniendienst der öffentlichen Regionalbuslinie 307. Die Unterlagen betreffend die Vorabbekanntmachung sind auch zu finden unter: www.landkreis-landshut.de. Es ist beabsichtigt, die Zubestellung der Verkehrsleistung direkt an den konzessionsinnehabenden Verkehrsunternehmer der Regionalbuslinie 307 zu vergeben. Hierzu wird im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union (EU) die Vorabbekanntmachung nach Art. 7 Abs. 2 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1370/2007 veröffentlicht.
