    Gegenstand dieser Vergabe ist die Erbringung von Personenbeförderungsleistungen auf den Regionalbuslinien 218, 272, 280, 281, 282, 380, 381, 382, 391, 392, 395 sowie die Regiobuslinie X380 welche gemäß der VO (EG) Nr. 1370/2007, §§ 8, 8a Abs. 1 und 2, PBefG und §§ 97 ff GWB als Bruttovertrag, mit einem Betriebsbeginn zum 01.06.2026 bis zum 31.05.2036 und damit mithin für 120 Monate vergeben werden. Für den gesamten Leistungsumfang der Vergabe gelten die auf der Webseite: "https://www.biberach.de/de/aktuelles/ausschreibungen" zum Herunterladen bereitgestellten Vergabeunterlagen inklusive Anlagen ("Unterlagen zur Ausschreibung der ÖPNV-Verkehrsleistungen im Nahverkehrsraum Riedlingen").
