Le présent appel d’offres porte sur l’exploitation de services de transports publics réguliers par route « RGTR » au Grand-Duché de Luxembourg. Ce service assure le transport de voyageurs selon une fréquence et sur un trajet déterminé, avec prise en charge et dépose à des arrêts prédéfinis. Il est attribué sous la forme d’un accord-cadre alloti en sept (7) lots, chaque lot donnant lieu à la conclusion d’un accord-cadre mono-attributaire distinct.
