Service

Le présent appel d’offres a pour objet d'établir les conditions générales régissant l'exploitation du réseau scolaire sud du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg par autobus. Ce service est un service de transport public par route, notamment un service de transport régulier spécialisé, en application de l’article 4 point 2° de la loi du 5 février 2021 sur les transports publics « loi TP ». Cet appel d'offres vise à établir un accord-cadre multi-attributaire à bons de commande présenté sous forme d'avis, avec remise en concurrence des opérateurs économiques parties à l’accord-cadre. La durée d'exécution est fixée à 2 ans pour les différents lots, avec un démarrage prévu au 4 janvier 2026 et une fin prévisionnelle au 31 décembre 2027.
