Service
De opdracht voorziet in de organisatie van busvervoer voor leerlingen tijdens het schooljaar 2025-2026 (niet tijdens de schoolvakanties). De opdracht is onderverdeeld in volgende, afzonderlijk te gunnen percelen: - Perceel 1: Busvervoer BKO (Buitenschoolse Kinderopvang) - schooljaar 2025-2026 - Perceel 2: Busvervoer Bibliotheek - schooljaar 2025-2026 De inschrijver kan een offerte indienen voor één of beide percelen. Het is verboden om de offerte aan te vullen met verbeteringsvoorstellen die de inschrijver per perceel toestaat in geval van samenvoeging van de percelen. De aanbesteder heeft het recht om een perceel niet te gunnen en eventueel te besluiten dit op te nemen in een nieuwe opdracht, desnoods volgens een andere procedure. Elk perceel kan driemaal stilzwijgend verlengd worden voor telkens één schooljaar. De aanbesteder en de opdrachtnemer kunnen een verlenging opzeggen met een aangetekende brief die minstens vijf maanden voor het begin van het nieuwe schooljaar naar de medecontractant moet verzonden worden. Er kan geen schadevergoeding geëist worden voor het niet verlengen van een perceel. De opdracht zal van rechtswege en zonder voorafgaande opzegging eindigen op 30 juni 2029.
