Service
De opdracht voorziet in de organisatie van busvervoer voor leerlingen tijdens het schooljaar 2024-2025 met uitzondering van de schoolvakanties. De opdracht is opgedeeld in percelen die afzonderlijk zullen gegund worden. Elk perceel kan driemaal stilzwijgend verlengd worden voor telkens één schooljaar. De aanbesteder en de opdrachtnemer kunnen een verlenging opzeggen met een aangetekende brief die minstens vijf maanden voor het begin van het nieuwe schooljaar naar de medecontractant moet verzonden worden. De opdracht zal van rechtswege en zonder voorafgaande opzegging eindigen op 30 juni 2028.
