Service

Leistungsgegenstand ist die Erbringung von geplanten Betriebsleistungen mit Kraftomnibussen im Linienverkehr gemäß § 42 Personenbeförderungsgesetz (PBefG). Die Übernahme der Fahrdienste erfolgt ab 24. August 2026 bis zum großen Fahrplanwechsel Mitte Dezember 2028. Der Auftragnehmer hat die Leistung selbst zu erbringen und nicht durch Dritte. Der Auftragnehmer muss eine Genehmigung nach dem PBefG besitzen, welche die eingesetzten Fahrzeuge umfasst. Er muss einen Betriebssitz/-hof in Potsdam einschließlich einem Umkreis von 40 km haben, um der ViP die Ausübung der Kontrollfunktion gemäß BOKraft zu ermöglichen.
