Service

Le syndicat Mixte des mobilités de l'Aire Grenobloise souhaite conclure un marché public relatif à l'exploitation de lignes urbaines, non urbaines, transport scolaire et transport sur réservation sur le secteur du pays Voironnais. Le marché comporte 4 lots définis ci-après. La durée initiale prévue pour l'exécution de l'ensemble des prestations est de quatre (4) ans et huit (8) mois à compter du 1er janvier 2026 (la date de mise en service est le 02/01/2026). Le pouvoir adjudicateur aura la faculté de décider la prolongation du marché, selon les mêmes conditions notamment tarifaires, pour une durée de une fois un (1) an. Les prestations fournies sont rémunérées sous la forme : - De prix globaux et forfaitaires pour l'exploitation des transports urbains, non urbains et scolaires définis dans le compte d'exploitation prévisionnel du Cadre technique et financier annexé au présent contrat, - Des prix unitaires appliqués aux services de transport sur réservation réellement effectués selon un barème kilométrique par course précisé au Cadre technique et financier annexé, - De prix unitaires dans le cadre de la mise en oeuvre de clause de réexamen Deux options sont prévues dans le cadre du marché : Option N°1 (LOT 1) - Extension ligne Proximo 34 jusqu'à la gare de Moirans Option N°2 (LOT 3) - Création ligne Flexo 53: St Nicolas de Macherin <> Voiron La date prévisionnelle de début des prestations liées aux options N°1 et N°2 est le 01/01/2026. Elles s'exécuteront pour une durée minimale d'une année et, sauf décision unilatérale du pouvoir adjudicateur
