La CCHF a adopté la compétence "mobilité" en juillet 2021 dans le cadre de l’opportunité offerte aux Communautés de Communes, par la Loi d’Orientations des Mobilités, de se saisir de la question des mobilités. C’est dans ce contexte que la CCHF souhaite poursuivre l’expérimentation de la ligne de transport en commun Nord-Sud déployée en juin 2024, et mettre en place une nouvelle ligne de transport en commun sur l’axe Est-Ouest. Ce service proposé aux habitants du territoire s’adresse à tous les publics et pour tout motif de mobilité.
