Berichtigung der Vorinformation 2021/S 060-150535 vom 26.03.2021 nach Art. 7 Abs. 2 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1370/2007 vom 23.10.2007 sowie der Berichtigungen dieser Vorinformation vom 10.12.2021 und vom 09.12.2024 (OJ S 239/2024) betreffend die beabsichtigte Vergabe von SPNV-Leistungen auf den Strecken München – Regensburg – Schwandorf – Furth i.W.(Grenze) – Pilsen – Prag (Leistungen des RE Ex 36) und auf der Strecke München – Landshut – Regensburg – Schwandorf – Weiden – Marktredwitz – Hof (Expressverkehr Ostbayern). Die Berichtigungen vom 10.12.2021 und vom 09.12.2024 werden mit dieser Berichtigung gegenstandslos. Zu den Einzelheiten dieser Berichtigung wird auf Ziffer 3.1 verwiesen.
