Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la mise en oeuvre opérationnelle et l'exploitation pour le compte de la Région Normandie d'un service de transport collectif complétant le réseau de transport scolaire de la Région sur les territoires de l'Eure et de la Seine-Maritime à destination des élèves de SEGPA et de classes spécialisées, et ouvert à d'autres catégories d'usagers. Forme de marché : à bons de commande avec maximum / attribution d'un accord-cadre pour chaque lot. Les montants figurant aux articles II.1.5 et II.2.6 ne sont pas des estimations mais les montants maximums cumulés sur la durée maximale du marché. Les estimations sont les suivantes : Lot 01 - 2 887 224.00 euros HT (soit 1 443 612.00 euros HT par période) Lot 02 - 3 551 982.00 euros HT (soit 1 775 991.00 euros HT par période) Les estimations n'ont pas de valeur contractuelle. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires
