Met deze marktconsultatie vragen we treinvervoerders om inzicht te geven in de mogelijkheden en hun interesse in het exploiteren van een nachtverbinding tussen Arnhem en Zwolle met eventuele uitbreiding naar Nijmegen. Het gaat om een nachtelijke treinverbinding in pilotvorm met de looptijd van één jaar, gereden op vrijdag- op zaterdagnacht en zaterdag- op zondagnacht. Opererend vanaf ongeveer een uur na de laatste reguliere trein tot 04:00 uur, met een frequentie van één keer per uur.
