RRReis biedt reizigers gemakkelijke en toegankelijke oplossingen om gebruik te maken van het openbaar vervoer. Met de introductie van OV-Pay wordt contactloos betalen een belangrijk onderdeel van de reiservaring. RRReis wil een professionele webshop laten bouwen en exploiteren, waarbij klanten eenvoudig OV-Pay gerelateerde producten, zoals abonnementen, toegangspassen en andere relevante diensten kunnen aanschaffen. De webshop moet volledig voldoen aan de brandingsrichtlijnen van RRReis en toegankelijk zijn volgens WCAG 2.1 AA-normen
