38 public transport contracts end in 2038. After that the service is due to be tendered again — announced at least one year before the procedure starts under Art. 7(2) Regulation (EC) 1370/2007, so from 2037. For 10 contracts the current contractor is known from the award.

Contract end according to the notice; renewal options can move it. "today: …" is the contractor named in the award, not necessarily the company physically running the service now. The official notice is binding.
